What do I get access to with my Med Spa Advantage Membership?

During your time inside of The Med Spa Advantage, you get instant access to every signature program and training I have. Additionally, you get access to weekly group coaching calls for CEO/Owners, biweekly group sales coaching calls for team members, and exclusive access to bonus training, challenges and workshops held throughout the year.

Is there a minimum membership commitment?

Yes, the commitment for The Med Spa Advantage is 12 months. This is NOT a cancel at any time membership. If you choose a payment plan option, you are fully & legally responsible for all monthly payments. If you decide to leave before your contract end date your remaining contract balance will be due in full.

Do I get any 1:1 access to Heather?

No, The Med Spa Advantage does not include any 1:1 access to Heather. However, you can and will get direct access to Heather in a group setting in her weekly LIVE coaching calls (these happen Wednesday at 10am PST/1pm EST: all recordings available). Plus, access to Heather and her team through our Ask a Coach feature where you can submit any question, struggle or request for feedback/support at any time during the week and Heather or an appropriate coach expert on her team will respond within 48 business hours.

Who exactly is The Med Spa Advantage for?

The Med Spa Advantage is for results-driven, female med spa and aesthetic practice owners looking to scale their practices with signature packages & programs, results-focused sales & ethical, patient-centric marketing. Med spas and practices of all revenue levels and sizes (from solo/small team practices to multiple location (non-corporate) practices) are inside The Med Spa Advantage. The Med Spa Advantage is not for med spas and aesthetic practices that have no clinical experience or haven’t opened yet. Who on my team can participate?

The Med Spa Advantage program usage license includes the CEO and up to 5 team members (additional team members may be added at a cost of $500/each). Team members get access to the training portal, separate team sales coaching calls and the exclusive opportunity to earn becoming an Advantage Certified Sales Professional.

Do you give any guarantees or refunds?

There are no guarantees and no refunds. This space is only for med spa and practice owners committed to doing the work. Every part of the membership is designed to get you results, but every individual's results and time frames for results can and may vary.
